A guided canoeing trip is a safe and easy way to enjoy Lapland's nightless night and the midnight sun with the help of a guide. Canoeing is one of the best ways to move around the waters and admire the surrounding nature. The trip is also suitable for beginners, we will familiarize ourselves with canoe management and kayaking safety instructions before the trip. At the bottom of the route there are traces of a European beaver and it is also possible to see a beaver swimming in the river.
The tour starts from Tengeliönjoki below the Haapakoski power station and ends at Tornionjoki in Närkki. The route has an easy rapids section (Kuuroskoski), which can also be bypassed by swimming the canoe along the shore, by carrying a canoe/packraft on land, or by descending together with a guide.
